Summary: This was a trip highlight! Dom and Clara were delightful. The cooking experience was great- we all learned a lot about the little things that make an authentic paella special. And they sent us a list of restaurant recommendations that included Mechela, which was the best meal of our 10 day trip to Spain!

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful time at our private Paella cooking session with Maria! She first took us on a tour of the Triana Market highlighting the foods and spices of the region and answering all our questions. Then we had a hands on cooking class featuring my husband's favorite dish Paella as well as some other delicious regional specialties. Of course, the best part was eating and drinking the meal we had just learned how to cook. I can't wait to try Paella at home! We highly recommend this experience. I was one of our highlights on our trip to Andalusia!

Summary: Such a fun time and the food we made was delicious! We learned a lot about the history of paella and the way its prepared normally in the IS is not the “right” way.
